- Eligibility depends on the program. In general, we serve low- to moderate-income individuals and families experiencing a housing need. If you're unsure, apply anyway · our team will help you find the right path.
- How long does approval take?
- Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. Emergency situations are prioritized. We'll always tell you what to expect after you apply.
- Is this service free?
- Yes. All of our housing assistance services are free and confidential. We will never ask you to pay to apply or be considered.
- What documents will I need?
- Typically: photo ID, proof of income (recent pay stubs or benefits letters), proof of residency or housing need, and household member information. If you don't have everything, still apply · we'll help you gather what's needed.
- Can I apply for someone else?
- Yes. A family member, caseworker, or trusted advocate may help complete the application on someone's behalf, with their permission.
